Tanzania Peaberry coffee is a single-origin coffee bean that is grown in the highlands of Tanzania. It's characterized by a round, football-shaped bean that occurs when only one seed develops inside a coffee cherry instead of the usual two. This rare mutation (occurring in about 5% of the crop) is believed to result in a sweeter, richer, and more flavorful cup of coffee.
